2.2 Scope of Service and Project Details
The scope of work, expected timeframe, and final price for each project will be determined separately after direct communication with the client and discussion of the details (via a price quote or a written agreement/agreement letter).

Any delivery dates mentioned are estimates and are not absolutely binding. They may be affected by factors beyond our control or by the client’s delay in providing the content or obtaining the required approvals. The client is obligated to provide the content (text, images, login details if required) in a timely manner to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

2.3 Payment
The payment method (down payment + remaining balance, or full payment) will be agreed upon in advance, depending on the nature of each project.

Details of available payment methods (bank transfer/Vodafone Cash/InstaPay/PayPal or others) will be agreed upon directly with the client based on their geographical location.

2.4 Intellectual Property
Upon project completion and receipt of full payment, ownership of the final design/code assigned to the client will transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Mohammed Al-Saeed reserves the right to display the completed project as part of his portfolio for marketing purposes, unless the client expressly requests otherwise (confidentiality clause).

Any templates, plugins, or external tools used in the project remain subject to the terms of their original developer licenses. 2.5 Content Responsibility

The client is responsible for ensuring that any content (text, images, logos) submitted for use on the website does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of other parties.

2.6 Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide a professional and reliable service, no absolute guarantees are made regarding marketing results or search engine ranking (SEO), as these results are affected by numerous external factors beyond our complete control (such as Google algorithm updates or market competition).

2.7 External Links

The website may contain links to previous clients’ websites within the “My Work” section. We are not responsible for the content or policies of these external websites.

2.8 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising will be resolved amicably before resorting to any competent judicial authority.
