Bringing Multiple Learning Models Into One Clear Digital Experience
Sultan Academy required more than a conventional course website. The platform needed to accommodate academic tutoring, language programs, Quran education, and professional training courses across fields such as programming, design, digital marketing, e-commerce, and other skills.
The challenge was to organize these different educational services within a single experience where students and parents could easily discover programs, understand available lesson packages, select suitable options, and complete enrollment or payment without unnecessary complexity.
The platform also needed a flexible foundation that could support both online and in-person education while remaining scalable as the academy added more courses, subjects, instructors, and learning services.
The Solution
A Custom WordPress Education Platform Powered by WooCommerce
The website was designed from scratch using WoodMart as the underlying WordPress framework and Elementor Pro for custom page and interface development.
WooCommerce was configured as the commerce layer for lessons and training programs, allowing courses and lesson packages to be presented as purchasable products. The live platform currently includes subjects with multiple lesson-count options alongside standalone professional courses that can be added directly to the cart. سلطان اكاديمي
The overall user journey was structured around account creation, course or subject discovery, lesson selection, booking, and payment. The platform currently presents academic subjects, languages, Quran programs, and professional training within the same educational ecosystem. سلطان اكاديمي
TranslatePress was implemented to support multilingual content, while Yoast SEO Pro provided the website's SEO foundation.
For additional business functionality, YITH WooCommerce Affiliates Premium was integrated to support affiliate marketing workflows, while LatePoint Google Calendar was used as part of the scheduling environment to connect educational appointments with Google Calendar.

WordPress Educational Platform Designer & Developer
My role covered the custom design and WordPress development of the platform, building the page structure with WoodMart and Elementor Pro, configuring WooCommerce for courses and lesson packages, structuring the student enrollment journey, implementing multilingual functionality, and integrating affiliate and scheduling tools required by the academy's operational model.
